"Where Safety Is First"
Traffic Violator School is offered to anyone who has violated a traffic law and received a citation and who has been cleared by their city or county court to attend.
This course is an approved 8 hour (400 minutes, actual class time) classroom education designed to help your understanding of the responsibilities, rules and laws set forth by the California Department of Motor Vehicles and the California Vehicle Code. This course is designed to insure that licensed drivers will continue their education and reestablish their knowledge of the laws and rules of the road. The course consists of discussing traffic laws, reviewing informational handouts, watching informational videos, and sharing citation stories. Upon completion of the course students will receive a California Department of Motor Vehicles Certificate of Completion (form OL730). Once the student has received their certificate of completion the original copy must be forwarded to the city or county court, from which the citation was issued. The court must have any and all paperwork by the due date listed on your paperwork. MIDTOWN TRAFFIC SCHOOL DOES NOT FORWARD ANY PAPERWORK TO THE COURTS!
